Meet Ella, Founder and Nanny
Since launching the business in 2021, Rose Nannies has been providing expert childcare at events and in private homes across the UK and internationally. I'm delighted to share a little more of our story.
After working as a nanny for 5 years I discovered a strong passion for providing safe, loving childcare for families I worked with. With a wealth of experience of all ages from newborn to 14 years, I had true insight into the highs, lows, and the true privilege of helping to raise children. Keen to grow my career in a new direction, I decided to transfer my skills into an event setting, and a few months later Rose Nannies was born.
Over the past 4 years I have felt incredibly blessed watching how Rose Nannies has grown and developed. We have had opportunities I never could have imagined, and having the most incredible team of nannies surrounding me on this journey has made it all the better.
Providing childcare at both events, and in private homes, we allow parents to relax, knowing their children are in genuinely kind, loving and safe hands.The success of Rose Nannies since its launch is a dream come true. I feel so fortunate to be able to support so many families through the work we do, with such an excellent team of nannies committed to providing excellent care. I’m beyond excited to see what the future holds.

At Rose Nannies, we believe that treating little ones with kindness, alongside ensuring their safety at all times, is the key to a happy child. As a team, we understand how daunting it can feel to trust somebody to take care of your children, and we wish to make this process as smooth, and effortless as possible. Our team are experienced, qualified, friendly, and share the core values we promise to portray to our clients; kindness, and safety. We ensure parents can relax in the knowledge their little ones are safe and happy; across all branches.
