Terms & Conditions

Access to venue: We require access to your events venue 1 hour prior to the creche starting, and 1
hour after it ends to allow for set up & pack down of the creche.
Check in and check out system: If your event requires children to be left in our sole care, we will
operate a strict sign in & sign out system to ensure the safety of each child. Parents will be required to
complete a form in advance of the event (or online before the day of the event) containing the childs
details and a parental contact.
Ratios: If your event requires children to be left in our sole care, we work to strict ratios. This is to
ensure children kept safe and happy during our creche. After chatting through your requirements, we
will calculate the number of nannies required at your event. See the table below for our ratios:
0-2 years old 1:3
2-4 years old 1:4
5+ years old 1:6
Ages: Our creche is suitable for children from birth up to 10 years old.
Photographs: We will never take pictures of children attending your events without written
permission from a parent, which will be asked at drop off at our creche.
Payment Policy: Upon acceptance of your quote, you will be required to pay a deposit via bank
transfer (the amount varies depending on which package you are booking). Please note, deposit
payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance will be due 14 days before the event. If
your booking is made less than 14 days before the event takes place, you will be required to pay the
full amount upfront.
Mileage Costs: Dependent upon the location of your venue, there may be a petrol cost chargeable in
addition to your quotation, to cover our travel to and from the booking. We charge this at a rate of
0.45p/mile, and will be able to confirm the amount along with your final quotation.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your
booking. The deposit you pay at the point of receiving a quote is non-refundable. If you cancel your
booking more than 14 days in advance of the event taking place, you will not need to pay the
remainder of your quote. If you cancel your booking less than 14 days before the event is due to take
place, you will lose the total amount paid.
COVID-19: We follow government guidelines closely when running events during COVID-19. If any of
the team have symptoms of COVID-19, or receive a positive result before an event, they will not
attend. If a positive test is received up to 14 days after an event, we will notify all those
attending/visiting the creche who came into contact with that person. We ask the same of those
attending/running events that we are present at, that you would notify us immediately if anybody
receives a positive test, in order to keep our staff safe.
Fire & Emergency Procedures: Rose Event Nannies must be provided with the venues fire and
